    Talking Time for some housekeeping...

    Hey everyone...

In preparation for some site upgrades, would all of you please help by doing the following sometime in the next couple days:
    1. If you have Galleries on the main site spend a few minutes doing some housekeeping. I.e., If you... a)no longer need/use the gallery, please delete it, or b)no longer need/want some of the pictures in the gallery, delete them.
    2. Same for email on the site... clean out those old messages.
    3. If you have subscribed threads in the Forum (check your usercp/list subscriptions) please unsubscribe from the ones you no longer wish to follow.
    4. If you haven't deleted old PM's on the Forum for awhile, please do so... both your inbox and sent folders, as well as any other folders you've created.
If you want to do one of the above and need some help getting it done, PM me for assistance.

    Thanks for your help.

    Joe,
For some reason I am always unable to remove the first photo in each gallery. in particular the Soviet razors in my For sale gallery. They are long gone but I cannot delete the photo.

    Question

Do pm's work like email in this way... If I delete sent messages before the intended members read, no worries because sed messages are already in their inboxes? I just want to be sure I can't delete them before others read em. Thanks

Yes, they work as you described... so, it's okay to delete them before the recipient reads them. Personally, I don't delete them until I'm pretty sure the recipient has read it... just in case I need to send it again or contact them in some other way. It's your choice.

... If you've been putting off doing some housekeeping, please make every effort to "get to it" in the next few days...
