    See, now that just supports my suggestion very well. Make a PowerPoint presentation based around that photo and meet me back here in an hour. Maplefalmus, make some coffee and organise the catering; I'm thinking Sushi or cheese? roughkype, at the moment you're not included 'cause you've gone all 'mine' on us; but if you want to provide a gazebo of some sort and maybe 50 or so chairs you can join...We could always tunnel to your place and use it as a sort of granny flat...
