Ok... since we're approaching the holidays I thought I'd install a couple holiday oriented styles to get us in the spirit!! [note: I said "in the spirit", not "into the spirits"... let there be no confusion ]

You can select them from the style chooser at the bottom-left of the screen or from your usercp.

Pretty neat, nice "easy on the eyes" color too.

Just for the record the snow was really neat. However I noticed that it really bogged down my computer? My comp. is not the latest and greatest but its not a total dinosaur either. It was so bad that as I typed, the words were delayed by several seconds.

Just wondering if there is a setting I can change or if its just that my machine is too slow? Or is this a site problem? I have switched back to the reg setting fyi.

Sorry guys but I am tired of being politically correct (if I ever was) Merry Christmas works for me.

Unfortunately, its your machine. I'll turn the snow down to a lower number and maybe that'll help... nothing I can do otherwise (except turn it off totally, that is)... if you continue to have the problem, post and I'll do that. We can still celebrate the Holidays w/o snow... after all, I live in the desert of Arizona.

Oh no, you don't have to change it for me. I was just curious if I could change anything on my end. It worked fine the first few days I used it, then last night it acted up. I thought it was really neat. If I am the only one turn it back

Well, the holidays are over and it's time to put these styles away until next year. So while were were working on the styles to accommodate the new ad system I disabled them.

I hope you enjoyed them. And, if you like the idea of seasonal styles, let me know and I'll put up some others at various and appropriate times of the year.
