Thread: Anyone else have "0" results when looking at classifieds!

Howdy all. I'm pretty new to this site, but I find I spend a lot of my time accessing this site from my handheld through tapatalk. I've noticed that the only page that doesn't load is the classified page. Is this an issue with other members, or with tapatalk? Or, is it an issue with me an my own handheld.

That is a problem with tapatalk - it supports only the basic vbulletin functionality and not additional software such as the classifieds we're using.

Yes, you can convince the people who write the tapatalk to include support for photopost classifieds in their next tapatalk release.

I don't think there's a big chance of that happening, but not trying has even less of a chance. They run a business and are motivated by profit. If implementing support for such software is going to bring more profit than implementing support for some other requests, I'm sure that they will do it.

But on our end we can not do anything because we have no control whatsoever over the tapatalk software that is on your device.

That's interesting. What I find odd is that there are other forums supported by tapatalk, including other shave forums, where classifieds are compatible with handheld devices. I know that I enjoy reading, and learning tips, from others on this website, and I find that as I travel I tend to spend a lot of my viewing time looking at my handheld.

They most likely use simple forum discussions to conduct the buy/sell between their members. We use a separate software, that is designed to do just that.

There are plenty of other forums including shaving forums that have decided not to provide access via tapatalk at all.

You really don't have to use the classifieds (or any other portions) of this site if it's too hard. I explained where the limitations come from and how to go about if you want to try that changed. There really isn't anything else I can do.

I just simply signed on from my tablet last night and bought a razor off of the classifieds it's that easy go to a regular computer!
