    Yes, the inside has little bumps(made paint or something) But if you look at the rim, it has a texture like a spattered something. Not perfectly smooth. And I highly recommend Marshalls/TJ Max/Wal mart. And who cares what your bowl looks like! As long as it works!

    I thought it might have a sort of textured feel judging by the rim. I also value functionality over looks; if they're stackable, one could get two of them and fill the bottom one with hot water to make a home-made scuttle. I'm definitely going to check it out; thanks for the recommendation!
