Thanked: 0PannaCrema and Xpec
How would compare these two and which one would you choose?

I never heard of PannaCrema. Xpec is in the top tier of soaps. I can't think of anything that would outperform it period. It's a matter of you liking the scent. Of course if you don't it doesn't matter how good it is.

Mark,
I have not heard of PannaCrema either. Xpec, now that's another story. I have yet to find a cream that comes anywhere near it. Unfortunately I never got the chance to try the legendary Caraceni before it was discontinued, so I can't compare it to that. From what's available today, Xpec is top of the line and unbeatable.

XPEC is one of the slickest and best performing creams on the market. It's a soft cream, similar to T&H creams..... not very dense in the tub. It's pricey, but you get a ton of it. The scent can be a bit polarizing. Some like it, others do not. The scent reminds me of what my barbershop used to smell like when I was a kid. I guess it's mostly tuberose. It's a very masculine scent. There is also an unscented version.
Panna Crema is a soft soap offered in a variety of scents. It's hard to get and the vendor is usually out of stock. The scents are subtle IMO, but very good. Lavandotto, San Francesco, and Vetiver are my favorite scents. It will also produce a very slick and creamy lather rather effortlessly..... and the lather is stable for the entire shave. The after shave feel is also very good with PC.
I don't think that you can lose with either product. It's really going to come down to scent and your preference toward creams or soaps. XPEC is a lot money for a lot of product. I would try to sample some if at all possible. PC pops up every so often on the sale threads and can be had at a much lower cost for a smaller amount.
