    Default Barbon Cream

I just tried the Hungarian Barbon Cream for the first time today along with the Barbon aftershave. The cream produced a very nice slick, lasting lather and the aftershave gives a nice menthol blast with a woodsy barbershop scent. Both for $10...can't beat that.

Both for $10??? Sounds like a deal to me

I've never heard of this brand before. Where did you find it?

I liked the Barbon so much that I ordered its brother, Figaro. Same great lather and shave. The scent is lighter and more of a barbershop type. Again, both $9.89+shipping at Shaveabuck.com. I also included some Nuka cream from Bulgaria to try out.: $2.99. Joe included the LEA Aftershave sample with the order.

I'll have to give this a try, nothing better than low price, effective shaving stuff.

P.S. Lince, I really like that shaving mug on your picture

Thanks! The blue Old Spice mugs were only produced in 1985. They do show up every once in a while. They are larger than the traditional OS mugs and work great for lathering.

I got to try the Nuka Menthol Cream from Bulgaria today.

This is the house brand for Bio-Fresh, makers of Rose of Bulgaria products. The Nuka instantly produced volumes of smooth, cushioning lather with a nice fresh scent. I could not detect the menthol though. I had an excellent shave. It is hard to beat for $2.99!

I just got my Barbon and Figaro order in from eBay. I can't wait to try these, but the MDC I received for Christmas is up next!

I just used the Barbon tonight for the first time. I found the lather to dry a little too quickly at first, but a little water application adjustment solved that. A very good cream for the price point, this goes into the favorites pile!
