Stone Fox Black Amber and Lavender
This evening I had the pleasure to try the second of three, first off the line called "Black Amber and Lavender" from Stone Fox!
As with the first it was an awesome shave with a Simmons Keen Kutter "Royal" this time!
The slip second to none!
The duration as expected from a fine shaving cream!
Cushion was superb!
The fragrance not overwhelming but very pleasant!
My wife expressed that the fragrance reminded her of how the house smells when baking pumpkin pies!
Again another fine shave.
My face does feel as though I have applied moisturizers!
Truly artisan shaving cream!!
I believe this is a keeper for the rotation as is the first!
Well done Stone Fox!!!!

Gentlemen,
Trantstone was kind enough to give me a tub of this artisan cream at the Kansas City meet a couple weeks back. I have used scores of artisan soaps and creams and only a handful have impressed me. Mike's Natural Soaps and Mama Bear both have been of high quality. The other artisan soap is Savon Le Pere Lucien, which I tried this morning, and found exceptional. More about that in the next few days.
Stone Fox Cream has impressed me considerably. Cushion and glide are excellent. The lather is luxurious. And the cream has tons of moisture. This is really good stuff. So it will make the fourth artisan soap and cream in my humble shave den that I will keep permanently.
