    Default HTGAM shaving puck

I use the How to grow a moustache shaving puck in bay rum. I want to try cavendish next but this is the only soap I think I will ever buy. I love it. Good smell, easy lathering and a great shave. Anybody else use this?

I have the Pumpkin 3,14 soap and I must say I agree with you. It's an amazing soap. For me it's only one in around 20 different soaps though...

I have the Vanilla/Vetiver. The performance is great but the scent is a little on the sweet side.

I got a tin of the Synergy Cavendish recently. I agree. It is an excellent soap and I really like the Cavendish scent. The lather is easy to build, even in my rock hard water. It provides a good slick, cushioned shave for me.

I tried the cedar & lavender. Besides not liking the scent at all (it smelled like 'granny's house' to me), I found its performance rather 'meh'. Lots of fluffy lather, which was easy to achieve, but I found little to no cushion/protection and only just about adequate glide. Plus it was mildly irritating on my skin from the moment it touched my face, but that might be just my skin not playing nice with any of the many oils in it.

Apparently others seem to like it, though.

I got mine a few days ago. Bear in mind that this is my first bay rum...I found the scent to be quite different, possibly even weird. After a few days though, the scent seemed to calm down a bit and become a bit more creamy. I still have some more performance tests with it, but it seems to be a pretty good soap. I'd probably buy one again

This soap is very good. The Bay rum is pretty strongly scented but it may settle down. Lathers well, nice to use.
Nothing is as it ever was.
