    Default Shave soaps on eBay

Have any of you tried many of the homemade shave soaps for sale on eBay?
I bought about 10 different ones recently and have been trying them all with mixed results.
Some are very good and produce a good lather although not as good as Proroso or other big names, while others produce a decent lather that quickly disappears no matter how wet or dry I try and make them. I need to work with them more and maybe try some glycerine drops to it to see if it helps but so far only about 1/2 or so are working well. I am guessing they were probably formulated for cartridge razor shaving and not straights.
Anyone else have experiences to share with these natural, homemade shaving soaps?

Yes indeed! Try Mama Bear's. I have several of their shaving soaps and love them.

I don't believe I have. I don't think her soaps showed up in an eBay search for "shaving soap" when I bought these.

Never tried an ebay soap, or an etsy soap either. Let is know how it goes.

    Here's a link to Mama Bear's website.

Handmade Shaving Soaps, Mama Bears Soaps

They also sell their soaps on amazon.com.

BTW...I just shaved with Mama Bear's Ye Olde Barbershoppe" soap this morning.

Mama Bears site is still up, it seems they are still in business, I've tried a few of her soaps & they are great.
