I have been running the stock down over the last 3 years.
Currently I have and use in almost equal measure:
Taylors of Old Bond Street soap in sandalwood and in lime.
Palmolive Stick
a tube of "Denim' cream and a tube of Kallo Derma cream.

Currently got 2 in rotation. Dr Dittmar and Tobs Jermyn Collection Soap. The Tobs is the best soap Ive came accross yet, smells great and gives great glide on the blade.
I am trying to pair down to a 6 day rotation with Sunday being jump ball
MdC
MWF
EXPEC
B&M
Mikes
Stirling
Phoenix but I have CWSW coming in today for a test, to see if it makes the bigs :)
I have allowed myself to substitute any flavor i.e of Mikes, or Stirling or B&m etc.
I have put the others for sale at B&B classified :)
I have about 15, but use 3 or 4 in my regular rotation. Right now it's MWF, Proraso White cream, Proraso green and Toja shaving stick. I add a few drops (2 or 3) to the brush when using most of them. Sometime times, if I use a bowl or mug i mix MWF and the Proraso White together with glycerin. Usually I face lather.
I like to try new ones but every time I do I fall back to MWF and always enjoy MWF so that is my main soap unless I am doing a trial of something new.
I have 35 soaps/creams. I tend to use them randomly and I go through phases where I only use 1 or 2 for a couple of weeks then switch. Variety is the spice of life
I have about two kilo's, it dosent sound so bad that way.
