Thanked: 4Every man jack shave cream
Just stumbled across this at target, anyone know how well it works? Won't be using with a straight razor at this time as I have military training coming in a week and haven't even gotten my first straight but I imagine creams are better than canned stuff anyways! ?

Thanked: 4827soaps and creams have a wide spectrum of good and bad. A lot of it comes down to preferences, I have had a few I've bought here and there and thought never again, only to find someone on a forum loving it. Target isn't the high end shaving shop, however there are some great finds out there for a couple of bucks. If it dent break the bank to buy it then it probably won't break your heart to throw it out. Enjoy the journey!

Every Man Jack is a pretty good cream, except for one drawback. It is difficult to rinse of the blade, especially DE's. Nevertheless, it is not a bad cream.

I had a tube of Every Man Jack and after one shave with it, threw it out. It was absolutely terrible, crappy, thin lather, horrible texture, felt like junk. Was the worse shaving soap I'd ever used, a $1.50 puck of Williams blew this stuff away. Now, I'd tell you how I really feel, but this is a family forum!
Just my opinion, YMMV....

Not the best, bought it on a whim one day and gave it away after a couple tries with it.
If your at target and you want to try something different try Burt's bees shave cream. It doesn't lather at all (its made not to) but man is it slick and works well with your skin. Gives a VERY close shave... I don't use it often as I have a rotation of over a dozen soaps and cremes but it never let's me down if I'm looking to get super close + unexpectedly comfortable.......... Hey, they're just following your lead, and threw you on the ground. You should be flattered. You started a trend.
