Default Synergy Shaving Soap-Tried It-Like It!

I tried the Synergy Shaving Soap “Cavendish” this morning for the first time. It certainly lives up to all the praise. First, the extra-large tin really is great to work with. The Synergy almost immediately produces a great thick, slick lather, even in my rock hard water. The Cavendish scent is excellent and reminds me of my Grandfather’s den. I had a great shave!

I will be keeping a puck on hand.

I just tried the Synergy Bay Rum soap, and I really like it!! Nice scent, easy lather, very slippery and left my skin feeling nice and hydrated. I think this tin of soap will last a very long time!!

I have the Synergy Meta Nectar and found it quite a pleasure to use. I wish it came in the larger tins, but a pleasure none the same.

I just stumbled across this forum and I thought I would put my 2 cents in. I love the stuff! I really like the gondolier and the pipe tobacco scent is nice too. I'm not a huge bay rum fan. Not putting down anyone who likes it but bay rum makes me feel like I should be in a tanning bed instead of in front of a mirror cutting hair off my face. As for the htgam synergy 8 oz tin I have to say its pretty ingenious. My cheapo boar brush loads ridiculously fast on this stuff. I'm used to needing some serious elbow grease to get any kind of decent load. The lather is slick and thick not to mention the half pound tin last forever. It looks like a rc helicopter landing pad but it is obviously the result of a lot of experimentation by the people who made it. I can't say enough good things about the soap in all aspects. I would say that its one of my favorite brands with barrister and mann probably being my absolute favorite. If you haven't tried barrister and mann I seriously suggest it. The guys over there are amazing if you can't make up your mind about which scent would fit you best. I sent the guys at b&m an email telling them the kind of cologne I wear and deodorant I use and I got a reply back within 5 minutes detailing the cologne I wear and what the major scent notes were in it and what type of soap would complement it. This gentleman was dead on and the soap was second to none. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants the best of all aspects imho. Where synergy is easy to load barrister and mann is a lot more thirsty but its worth a few extra swirls. So far these two are my two favorites bar none and being fairly new the soap/cream bug bit me early on and I tried several lol. The only reason I lean more in the direction of barrister and mann is because of the amazing customer service and truly expert advice on fragrance and speed of which it is accomplished. If you like synergy give those guys a look as well.
