Or, you could call Old Town Shaving (626.823.4024) in Los Angeles. They don't have a website, but a lot of guys on the shave forums have posted about being very happy ordering from them (or buying in their LA store)... and I believe they carry MdC.

This website doesn't give me the option to ship to the US. Am I missing something? It appears every other country is listed. Strange!
