Good quality ingredients with the exception, in my opinion, of sodium metasilicate, tetrasodium edta, hydroxyethylcellulose, butylphenyl methylpropional, sodium hydroxymethylglycinate. Score: 8

Smell: Mild and delicate scent of licorice root and menthol with a touch of hazelnut and musk, Score: 9

Lather: I used, as usual, about two centimeters of cream corresponding to about 4/5 of an inch. With a moderate quantity of water it easily makes an abundant lather, creamy and rich, good water retention. With this quantity of cream I obtained a lather more than enough for my three usual passes, Score: 10

Shaving: Very good sensation on the skin. The razor slides easily and comfortably, leaving a moisturized and smooth skin. The lather is quite fatty and creamy, no signs of dry lather and no signs of irritation, Score: 10

Conclusion: A very good shaving cream. It seems the new Proraso formulas are more performing than the old ones, I guess also because of the presence of aloe giving extra smoothness to the lather. At the end of the shave the skin is very moisturized and smooth with no signs of irritations. The scent is very mild and it can be considered a sort of neutral cream, however the licorice root scent is delicate and pleasing, Score: 9
