Has this soap recently been reformulated? I've been going over the recent posts about this product and they don't reflect my experience with the product. I received some Penhaligon's Blenheim Bouquet last week and I've been trying it out. Let me say in it's defense that it leaves my skin feeling very nice. However as a shaver, meh. It seems to lather reasonably, not greatly but the lather just does not last. After applying the lather it has noticeably diminished from my face and before I can finish one side the other has very little lather. The glide is mediocre too. Now, I have hard water so I've tried the citric acid trick but that did not work. Comments?
