I'll go with Cavendish Black and then Leatherneck. When it comes to creams, so far it's been C&E Nomad (tried a sample) and T&H 1805 (thanks Dave )

Oh this is a tough questions, I shave with different soaps depending on my mood. I would have to say it is MB's British Leather right now. I love Colleens soaps for their performance, but I am waiting to get something that goes a little easier on my skin. As soon as she is back up I am ordering some of her EO soaps and creams. The FOs are just too hard on my wimp of a face.

    Default difficult

for performance i find that Colleen's soaps are truly excellent and are almost as wonderful and the top choice Truefitt and Hill Luxury soap, of course if they had more scents i would like it even more.
    Be just and fear not.

Cavendish Black. Something about the smell makes me think I'm a lumberjack out in the wilds of BC. As opposed to living in London and working in an office.

    I'm a lumberjack and I'm OK
I lather up and I shave all day.

I wear Trumper's Coral skin food,
    And Bear soap from Mama.
    I wish I was a honer
    Just like great grand pa-pa

    I'm a lumberjack...
    etc.

This whole thing is subjective and depends on what you like in a soap. I prefer Colleen's soaps because of the scents, moisturization and the glide that they give. Giovanni's soaps don't have the same level of glide (still pretty good) and even though the scents are nice, they don't have the same effect on me as Colleen's scents, but his lather is superior to anything I've tried so far. C&E soaps don't really glide and they dry out quickly, but their creams are perfectly fine and the Nomad scent rocks.
