Huge fan here. The bath/shower soaps are mighty fine too.

TOBS Sandalwood cream is my absolute favorite as well!

i used the TOBS Sandalwood hard shave soap for a while and liked it allot...then i decided to try the shave cream and all i can say is HOLY CRAP!

your right on the money with what you said about it...the lather is amazing, creamy, smooth and very protecting....the scent is wonderfully aromatic...

and i must admit, since I'm in the company of people that understand, that i too have lathered up for an extra pass just because i didn't want my shave to be over haha ; )

+1. Also one of my favorites. The smell is great and I hope it "worked" for you by skipping the AS.

Was just wondering, is TOB tallow or non-tallow nowadays? If it's not-tallow, does it still work well? I have one of their shave sticks in Sandalwood, and it's my favorite scent of any of my soaps. It doesn't list the ingredients on the container, but it works great.

    Kenny,

No, TOBS is not tallow based, it's veggie-glycerin if I remember correctly. I'm not sure if it ever contained tallow but no matter; it's still a fantastic soap that lathers and performs well. And this is coming from a big tallow soap fan, so that means a lot LOL.

We'll now, with that ringing endorsement, from you, I'll surely have to get some. Thanks for the reply. I've got some more soap to look forward to - life is swell ;-)

    Thanks again.

    Have a good one,

I love it so much, I put a little dab on and rub it in just for the scent!

That makes me feel better. I thought I was the only one silly enough to do that I do the same thing with my TOBS Sandalwood Shave Stick. I like the smell so very much. I guess I should just open my wallet up a bit and get their Sandalwood After Shave.

Anyways... Thanks for posting. It's nice to know I'm not alone ;-)
