I'll be in the Niagara region. Can't find proraso in stores near me other than C.O. Bigelow in bath and body works. Since we are going to be in Canada anyway I thought it would be nice to pick some up if it is available.

If you come across an Italian market you might stop in, all of the ones I've been to in Ottawa have had at least Prorasso, and sometimes Omega and various Italian colognes.

Stopped in a rexall here and they had a tub of Wilkinson and a Wilkinson pure bristle brush. That means it's synthetic right? Was going to buy the soap but I found an old thread in the forum where most of the posts said it was garbage. Wegmans back home sells several types of kiss my face. Should be near a shopper's drugmart tomorrow.

Odd man out again on the Wilkinsons shave soap as I do not find it to be junk and shave with it. It does a workman like job of providing a decent lather. Found it to be much better than Williams but it is not top tier soap for sure. I believe pure bristle indicates a boar brush not a synthetic one. Used a Wilkinsons brush for years till it fell apart. Again not a top tier boar brush but usable. Personally I like my cheap Omega boar brush better.

Thanks Bob. It is quite cheap so on your recommendation I may pick up a tub before we head home depending on what else I find.

Certainly not a premiere soap, but like Col. Conk or Proraso, does a fine job, picked up two pucks of the stuff for $4.00 and it's all good...
