    Default Lectric Shave

How is Williams's Lectric Shave as a pre-shave when using straights?

It is advertised to help stand up whiskers to get a cleaner shave ( at least with electric razors) - anybody know if it works with straights?

I would guess its similar to a pre shave oil just that its designed more as a dry lubricant. Its really a specialty item designed for electrics. Someone should try it and let us know.

    Just a thought.

Lectric Shave will dry the whiskers out and they will stand up. Then we put lather on our face which will remoisten the whiskers. I'm not sure if the lather cancels out the LS.

It sounds like an interesting experiment though.
