While I'm not aware of any scents made for women there are some that will not offend a woman. There are many almond scented soaps that I don't find gender specific. Other soaps/creams that I think would work with women would be the many lavender, rose, or violet scents available. Others to consider are Musgo Reals Orange Amber or Pere Lucien. Even MDC would work as it's mainly an herbal scent......not necessarily ladylike in its scent but not especially masculine either. Proraso Blue would fit as well since it just kinda smells like soap. But Proraso Blue has some menthol that may not be welcome.

I believe HTGAM Synergy has a special line of soaps dedicated to women, or something like that.

Lavender and rose are always welcome female scents and there are a lot of good choices in soaps and creams.

Red Leaf English Coast. My wife claims it smells "girlie" and giggles when I shave with it. It's a floral scent and does remind me of several female perfumes. The scent does go away after the soap is washed off, but while shaving with it the whole bathroom smells nice.

+1 on the Almond/Italian Almond... I think Cella soap is really neutral and would be smilar to vanilla scent in the ability to serve as either a woman's or a man's scent.

Somebody a few days ago said they use Dove bath and facial bars. She may like that.
