Thanked: 104Excellent shaving cream
I recently went away from Taylor of Old Bond St cream. (Not forever I point out as it's great). I came across a Muhle 'Shaving Cream Sea Buckthorn'. This cream, use your almond sized dab and away you go, but it's fragrance is like standing up to your waist in the surf. If ever there was a subtle seaside fragrance, that is 'real', then this is it. I was bought up on Bondi Beach, and now in my fifties I am still on the coast just a little further north, so gents I know the beautiful aroma of the sea. It's expensive, but in my view, as an experience give it a go. If anyone has a go at it, let us know. Cheers

Only comparatively expensive surely. I don't know what it costs but in general creams and soaps last quite a while so in a per use equation it probably isn't that bad. For example MDC is an expensive soap, but it lasts ages so per use it isn't too bad, however that doesn't necessarily make it good value.

Gentlemen,
Yes, the Muhle is a fine shave cream and worth the try. Bob, thank you for mentioning it. Good stuff.
