    Default Creamo

On a one pass shave right out of the shower with a DE, I am really liking this stuff. Not much cushion but the slickness can't be beat. That and less than 5 minutes and finished.
I got curious the other day and tried it by itself on a shave with my shavette, not the best results. Great in a hurry option though for DE.

I have used Creamo in an uberlather with another soap that actually lathers when I started with straights. Seemed to work well that way and as you say Creamo is slick stuff. In the end I gave it away as I don't do uberlathers anymore and did not like it on it's own.

Yeah, great for DE/SE shaves. Lousy with straights. But not all is lost. I utilize it's slickness by using it, or Kiss My Face, as a pre shave treatment. I just rub a small amount into my wetted beard before I lather up and I get very comfortable cushion and glide.

I am kinda partial to Noxema for a preshave. Great results no matter the lather. I also use the Noxema for post shave when I don't care about a scent even though I do like the scent. I get great results from that three dollar jar.
