Thread: Maca Root - The Body Shop SALE !

I have had two shaves with this soap and I haven't enjoyed either one.

Personally I think I'm just going through one of those times where I'm not shaving well or getting my prep work right, especially as I'm missing spots with both kamisori and straight... so I just need to screw my head on properly and give it another go later on.

Maca post shave is very oily feeling but soaks in well and has an instant cooling effect. Has worked reasonably well so far but after two applications it doesn't beat white Proraso for post shave blues.

I followed up my Macca Root shave with a TOBS shave.

The TOBS was a better shave. But the Macca Root is not a bad shave, either.

I agree,,, I have a tub of TOBS Eton College,,,it is better than Maca Root.

I received it this past Christmas and it's an excellent Cream, great great lather and great great slickness.

I gave a tub of Macca Root to my son Christmas and he likes it. He does say it is not a MdC but for the price difference I think this is a very good soap.
