    Default Castle Forbes

Guy's i need a quick updated review on Castle Forbes, lime, lavender,or sandalwood.
I am purchasing a shaving set for my brothers Christmas present.
And i would like to send him a decent shaving cream to go with the gift.
    Any recommendations are appreciated.

I have both the lavender and the lime. The lime is a little strong scented for me. The lavender is kind of strong also but I love it. I consider the Castle Forbes one of if not the best crèmes I have used. That includes a bunch of them. It is as good a crème as Martin de candre is a soap. You would make that person a happy shaver. Another outstanding crème is the Truffitt and Hill Rose or Ultimate comfort or the St James of London. One big plus to the Castle Forbes is it is a very large jar so the price is really not bad

It's a great cream but I'm more of a soap guy so 90% of the time I use MdC.

For me it's the best cream I ever tried! Scent wise I prefer the lavender scented version.

Castle Forbes is my long time go to cream. Sandlewood is my favorite followed by lavender and lime which I use mostly in the summer. You cannot go wrong with the CF lineup.

Lime is supposedly for those prone to nicks and cuts. I love it

Cedar wood is supposedly for normal skin. Hate Sandlewood scent love castle Forbes cream

Lavender is supposedly for sensitive skin. Don't have it but will eventually.

    Really can't go wrong

I gave my bro truefitt and hill 1805. Hope he liked it or it may have to send him some castle forbes
