Crabtree & Ellen Soap (and other gear)
It's been far too long since my last post and since I received some new soap as a secret santa present I thought I'd post on it...
I was given the C&E West Indian Lime soap and I'm very impressed. The fragrance is fantastic and the soap itself performs very well. Lathers up very quickly (I did manage to fluke the water:soap ratio pretty spot on) and has some lovely glide, not as much cushion but admittedly my razor was on the blunt side. I have since put it back on the stones and it's all great again.
On another note I also purchased some Mama Bears Cedarwood fragrance soap which I am not happy with. The fragrance is not my thing... I love how the soap performs but find the smell to be a bit off putting. So if you'd like it... I have half a puck for you in a plastic container... just PM me and I'll post it anywhere.
Final question: When I first started shaving with Razorock my skin used to burn after about 5mins; I do not notice it any more but my friend did when he used it the other day (he let me shave him!).
Does anyone else notice this? Is it just Razorock (specifically 888 which is their eucalyptus soap) or is it shave soaps in general?
It's good to be back.

Thanked: 3795FYI the name is Crabtree and Evelyn.
The advantage of there being so many soaps available is if you don't like, or have a bad reaction to, a soap, you can just move on to another.
Welcome back!

If CE is working for you I am happy for your success.
I swore off CE after they switched suppliers. (forgot all the details)
Good luckIf you don't care where you are, you are not lost.
