I load it with a barely wet brush an omega Boar.
Load for about 30-40 seconds, go to a bowl, add TINY trickles of water every few swirls, BOOOM slick lather!

Stirling is fantastic. I did a 10 part series on them. Here's the first video in the series. You can see it takes very little time to lather.
