Thread: Tried some new soap

I took a shot in the dark and tried some new soap from Butterface. Found it on Ebay. The scent is not as strong as I would like, but the lather is top notch. We'll see how it holds up over time.

Well, after about a week of using this exclusively, I have to say it is well named. Butterface lathers very well on the face or in the bowl, and stays very moist through the shave. I find it to be reasonably slick, allowing the razor to glide across my face with ease. It leaves my face feeling smooth and soft, without that dry soapy feeling.
Fact is, I liked it well enough that I ordered another cake,only in his "Rustic Lime". Good stuff!
