Angry Problems With Prairie Creations Website/Customer Service...

Has anyone else had issues with ordering shaving soap from Prairie Creations off their website? I attempted several times to place numerous types and sizes of soaps in my cart for purchase only to be told OUT OF STOCK -NO BACKORDER. REMOVE FROM CART TO PROCEED.

I e-mailed the company and to date have received no response. I have a second e-mail out today and pending.

I have read good reviews about their products in the various forums but how the heck do they stay in business with such a poorly functioning website and bad customer service???

i will give them one more chance to respond to my e-mail before I give up. Hopefully they will respond.

    V/R,

    Docmo

Nope...only an e-mail address. Believe me I would have called if they had a number. It amazes me that no one gives out much less answers a phone these days. So much business can be done in half the time with a simple conversation...oh well.

Like I said one more chance then I'm done. If they don't want my business they won't get it. There are plenty of other independent soap makers who make good products and DO want your business.

I'll keep you posted on whether I make any progress towards an answer or not...

I have no experience with them but I would not be so quick to write them off, they could be a small mom & pop outfit dealing with life issues for all we know and if this is a hobby business...well sometimes hobbies have to be put on hold.

Or as a hobby business they can go out of business in a day, I never heard of them, Tc

It appears to be a single family business and their primary mission is custom ordered soaps,
shave soaps, shave cream/soap combo's, etc. You may want to settle down a bit and give them a chance to respond to your inquiry. Perhaps as has been mentioned there may be a personal family issue they are dealing with.

Going off on the business here when you have not had a communication from them is not fair to the business and in fact you very well may have harmed their business by virtue of what you wrote.

Krissy, is apparently the maker and prime mover here. And they seem to have a very good reputation on several wetshaving sites. Her customers are certainly into creating their own personal selections based on the line of scents she has available.

Krissy may be inactive at the present time. The absence of any responses leads me to believe she's dealing with more important life issues. I wish her well!
