Thread: soap sent ?

Any one know what the sent of Van de Hagen luxury shaving soap is ? My wife loves the smell of this stuff and would like to get other soaps and products with this sent.As of now this and Cornell Conks bay rum is all I use for soap.

If its the green box, I like it too. It reminds me of cucumbers.
But here are the ingredients.

Ya that's it,but notice it says fragrance on the ingredients but not what it is.It smells really good ,I've heard other people say cucumber but I don't think that's it,it smells very good like a light cologne.I don't know what sandalwood smells like but someone mentioned that once.I went to the store and tried to find something sandalwood to compare but no luck.There is not exactly a wide selection up here in Alaska so most specialty items are mail order.

Ive wondered the same thing about the fregrance.

Maybe contact someone from VDH soaps, they might be able to tell you.
Or its a proprietary thing they wont release.
I too have found myself huffing the soap bowl trying to figure this out. Its definitely a relaxing smell. [emoji56]

I sent them a email about it a couple years ago and am still waiting on a response lol.

I thought it was verbena scented.
Now I'm going to have go shave with it.
