I started rotating Tabac and MWF. I'm now just using Tabac every day as it just always gives me a great shave and I do like the smell.
My wife is not a fan of the smell of Tabac. I work long shifts in a remote location, so when I am at work I often take it, because I really like both the smell and the excellent shaving qualities.
You won't go wrong with it, it's pretty inexpensive to try and scent aside you will like the performance, I use MDC primarily, and Castle Forbes, but I still use my Tabac and like Rez sad when I went to work I was gone weeks at a time where the scent was not an issue with my wife. So Tabac was my go to for travel, also the AS is in my opinion a nice refreshing product, not quite Aqua Velva Ice Blue but real close. Man I miss work cause I don't get to use that stuff around home much! Buy with confidence and like Bob said just buy the puck, any old cup will work and what doesn't fit get out the cheese grater and make it fit. Tc
By the way after you have been in this long enough you will have lots of containers from other soaps and creams to use on your new purchases, I just picked up two new soaps to try. Scottish Fibe Shaving and Gren Mountain, the green is in an old Cella tub and the Scotish is in Proraso tub. Tc
I've tried the soap, cream and stick and I'm in the fan column.
My travel soap is the Tabac stick - like others here have noted a great performer.
The scent? Let's just say there are not many on the fence...

All right, I'm convinced. Order placed of 1 X Tabac Shaving Soap!
Tabac is a top performer for me as well! I really enjoy the scent, but some people do not. If your one of the one's who doesn't, just leave the lid off of it for a couple of weeks, and the scent fades pretty well.
