Default Rotation of soaps and creams

Over the last year, and really the last few months I have finalized my rotation. Each of them I really like a great deal. I have seven that I have selected, Santa Maria Novella, TOBS Lemon-Lime, Musgo Real Spiced Citrus, Tims Soaps Greek Peach, Mama Bear Soaps Orange Essential Oils, Yeti Snot, and a Bay Rum Organic soap from Satori Soaps.

I sure do not wish to miss any gems, like MDC (which I have tried and really like). How do you choose which one to get rid of and which to replace it with?

After 30+ soaps and creams I can only recall trashing 2. The rest I just use as and when I like because they all work for me. The rotation runs from the oft maligned Arko to the highly touted MdC.

Ya that's a tuffy, if I don't like it, no problem but if I do the rotation just gets bigger, cause I won't throw it out to make room or minimize the list, fortunately my soap rotation is small, have moved about 20 or so soaps to the shower though and one to the dogs bath tub. Tc

For now my number is seven. Three are locked in, Santa Maria Novella for Sunday's, Yeti Snot for Menthol Monday's, and Orange Essential Oil by Mama Bear Soap for Orange Friday (San Francisco Giants).

I can only think of maybe 2 or 3 soaps which were relegated to the shower. I probably have about 15 soaps I use. I just decide which to use before shaving with no real system.

I don't rotate by plan. I just look at them and think, "What would I like to smell this morning?" I've got some samples of soaps I don't use, but all of the ones I've bought have been keepers so far and the list keeps growing and growing and... I do know that tomorrow morning it's going to be The Art of Shaving Sandalwood.

I tend to binge use with several days or weeks stuck on something like a Tabac. I happened to use Martin de Candre today for the first time in months but it will more than likely be back to Tabac tomorrow. No real rotation for me at all....primarily binge. I have become a bit of a minimalist in the last two years so less is more for me nowadays.

I too have no real rotation. I have about 30 soaps which I particularly enjoy. So, I just shave with whatever I happen to be in the mood for that day. Scent has a lot to do with what I shave with. Tubac is one of my favorites too.
