Thanked: 72My first experience with a Country Club soap was a big thumbs up!
Buying soap on a whim from a company you have never heard of is a fool's game and I'm one of the biggest fools in town because I do it at least twice a week. However, sometimes you get something that gives you a 10 out of 10 lather and shave. Today it was the Grapefruit version of Country Club shave soap out of Alabama. Lather, glide, scent, etc., everything was top notch. My face feels awesome. Recommended if you are looking to try something a little under the radar. (At least it wasn't on my radar)

I agree, it's a very good soap. I'm not sure that I'd give it a 10, but it's an 8 or 9 for me. I haven't tried Grapefruit, but I do like London Skies and La Habana.

Thanked: 40Decided to give this one a try and ordered the Bay Rum. The lather was good and thick and provided a nice glide. I was impressed enough to check on the other scents and found they were sold out of every one but three. I guess there was a run on the soaps after reading this thread. LOL
I'll keep checking back to see when it becomes available. For the price it's worth a try.Don't sweat the small stuff.....It's all small stuff!!!
