Thanked: 70Arko soaps
How does one use the Arko soap (a cylinder)? My guess is that you rub the cylinder on your wet face then work
up a lather by brushing the residue with your much loved brush. Am I anywhere close?

Thanked: 228Or, you could squish it into a small bowl and dip your wet brush into it and then lather it up on your face. This is how I do it but it is personal preference only. Whatever works for you. I just did not like the wet Arko stick dripping down my hand.

Thanked: 3226There really is no reason to have anything dripping down onto your hand when using a shave stick like Arko if you are just rubbing it on your wet face. At least I have not had that issue. If you do, you can easily put Arko into a screw up container like the one I have. An empty screw up deodorant stick will do too as Arko is very pliable.
Yes, it also forms easily into a bowl/mug if you want to use it that way too. I do that for home use and have the stick for travel. Personally I think it is hard to beat this soap for price and versatility considering the fine lather it easily makes no matter which way you use it.

It's a great soap really easy to lather, me i have a tob and i bowl lather. To be honest i bowl lather almost all of my soaps, i'm not a fan of face lather but it's just a personal preference.

Thanked: 10I've had Arko in my online cart a few times, but it always gets bumped out. Dunno why since I've spent 5 times as much on one tub of other soaps at times. I'm gonna have to just bite down and get it sometime.
