For me the best cream in the world hands down is castle forbes. Nothing else comes close. For soap there are many great soaps out there. I like Trumpers and Haslinger.

Favorite Cream: Taylor's Avocado
Favorite Soap: QED Lime
Although I'm heavily invested in this hobby (incl. a Maestro and many new power tools)...for some reason, I just can't seem to pull the trigger on the costly Castle Forbes cream. Is it really that awesome?

Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat, but I haven't yet tried Tabac (which I finally ordered yesterday, thanks to you lot)
Cream: I like Taylor's St James for its consistency and scent. I like Proraso tubes for its menthol. Now, I realize I have to try Castle Forbes . . .

Thanked: 4Favorite Soap - TGQ Orange Patchouli. Great scent, great lather
Favorite cream - C&E Sweet Almond Oil. or Trumper's rose. or Salter's mint.
I had my first cut-free shave with the C&E, so it holds a special place in my heart. I was going to say I haven't bought any creams or soaps in a while, but that's not really accurate unless you call one week "a while". Until next week...
