Thread: Recommended Soaps available in NZ or Australia

Greeting fellow Antipodeans. Does anyone have any recommendations for quality soaps readily available from local suppliers? I've managed to purchase some D R Harris soap and Mitchell's Wool Fat but was wondering what else was locally available without excessive shipping costs. I hear good things about Martin de Candre for example but it appears you can only get it direct from Europe.

Any recommendations for soaps or suppliers would be greatly appreciated.

I use MWF almost exclusively, and even though it's available locally it still get it shipped here as it works out cheaper. Proraso is also good and is usually available from the local barber.

Shaver Heaven soaps are made in Aus.

Check out Obie's top tier soaps. About half are available between mensbiz, pureman and the stray whisker. Mensbiz will likely be free postage on 1 to 2 soaps.
