Thanked: 72Fun With Cream Blending
I don't know why I never thought of this before, but I put some St. James Black Pepper & Lime cream in my scuttle this morning and then added a dollop of Cyril Salter's Wild Rose. The scent and performance were predictably great and I got to have a Rose, Lime and Pepper shave. Smelled amazing!

Never done different creams, but I've done it with soaps, and soap/ cream's. Made pucks out of them.
If you want to try something real slick, whip up a mug of Williams mug and add a almond size dollop of Cremo.
I too like playing with mixing different soaps and creams, ya come up with some really neat concoctions. Sometimes [emoji57]Mike

Thanked: 1081Yup, mixing creams and soaps can make some great super lathers. If I find a cream or soap doesn't quite cut the mustard then a dollop of something else can make some very nice concoctions.

Thanked: 2284Some of you might remember the mixture I did a while back. I had about 10 Catie's Bubbles samples, a couple Edwin Jagger samples. Then just for fun I added a large gob from all my squeeze tubes. Which is another 8 creams. 😄
Surprisingly it smelled nice and works well.

Thanked: 38The problem is trying to remember what you threw in there and duplicating it. I made a nice pre shave oil with a dab of this, a squirt of that and 5 or 6 drops of something. Best oil I have ever used but I forgot how I made it. Same with the various soap and cream mixes. I would start writing it down but I refuse to have my wife see me keep a "shaving journal". She has already threatened a divorce with my last scuttle purchase, I'd hate to see what would happen when I start keeping a soap recipe book.
