Found out a local retailer carried C&E products so I bought a puck in bowl of Nomad and a re fill puck of Moroccan Myrrh from them. The Nomad is old discontinued stock and the Moroccan Myrrh is what replaces the Nomad. The lovely scents are similar but I noticed the ingredients list were different.

The difference shows in how they lather. The Nomad is easy to lather and builds a very good lather, no complaints there. The Moroccan Myrrh is a very different story, producing a weak runny lather that dissipates quickly. Now we have a problem.

Called customer care at C&E and explained the situation. Was basically told that there was a problem with the first run of Moroccan Myrrh and they would send me a replacement puck which has a different formula from the first run. I should also return the poorly performing puck to the retailer for a full refund.

I have to give a great deal of credit to the C&E customer service rep for being up front about the problem and offering an immediate and very satisfactory solution. That kind of customer service is getting less common all the time and C&E deserve full praise.
