Mystic Water "Bergamot, Cedarwood & Juniper" is good in the winter months, not bad in warmer months too.

I think the different soap for winter philosophy comes from those that live in cold climates. I too am from the US southeast, and my skin needs don't really change for winter. Unlike South Carolina where there is moisture in the air year round, it can get very dry in northern areas during winter.

I can't say that I have seasonal soaps but I definitely tend to gravitate to different scents as the weather warms up. While I tend towards lighter fragrances to begin with (I produce plenty of musk on my own, thank you) I've been more likely to use something with a citrus base now that spring has sprung. This doesn't mean that I don't use these soaps in the winter but I definitely use them less often.
Outback's point is a good one. I use Margaritas in the Arctic and Snake Bite regardless of season but I like them even more after spending the day working up a sweat. Considering the fact that I almost exclusively go with a cold water shave I will assume that I'm an outlier on using mentholated soaps regardless of season.Knowledge is power. Power corrupts.
