Thumbs up Stirling Grapefruit and Menthol Artisan Soap and Aftershave

    Aloha!

A few days ago I received an order of Stirling Grapefruit and Menthol Artisan soap and a bottle of their matching Grapefruit and Menthol aftershave. One word, "Wow."

I'm sure most of you know the quality of Stirling soap, so I won't get into that. I do love it when you open a container of soap and it's lumpy and bumpy because of small batch artisan quality, rather than machine injected mass produced soap. Stirling is tallow based and lathers-up beautifully. I also find the skin protection superior. But this batch with Grapefruit and Menthol is absolutely wonderful to my nose. And the matching aftershave is just wonderful.

The Menthol is obviously cooling and appreciated by my skin. This fades and you are left with a very pleasant clean and refreshing grapefruit citrus scent.

The same goes for the aftershave. It's refreshing yet cooling with the menthol, and when the menthol fades you are left with a delightful grapefruit scent. This has to be one of the most pleasant soap scents I have ever used, combined with a matching aftershave. Two thumbs-up to Stirling for this one.

That sounds like a soap I need to try, as I love menthol and I love Stirling! Thanks for the review.

I can speak to the quality of Sterling's Soaps also. When I moved to only seven soaps / Creams, it did not make that list, but I can recommend their products nevertheless.
