Top Tier Soap / Creams with matching Aftershave
I don't see many of the top tier products with a matching aftershave. Castle Forbes is one that I really like. What others do you know of?

Most soaps and creams, even the top tiers have scents that don't linger after the shave. There are some that do but I don't think of that as a good quality. Unless I'm just gonna throw some Witch-hazel or Gold Dachs on (which have no real scent) I'm locked into a matching AS or have to find something complimenting it.
Most of your better soaps will have an AS with matching name. Certainly most of your English soaps have matchers. No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

If you like the scent of Bay Rum check out check out Ogallala Bay Rum, a very good quality soap and they have matching AS scents.

Aloha!
I've been on a Stirling soap kick for a while. I always order the soaps with the matching aftershaves. Some of their scents are truly delightful. Pineapple Menthol and Grapefruit Menthol are two fo my current faves. I know they had issues years ago with their lanolin supplier that turned some people off on their brand, but that's long since remedied. They are on my top shelf for sure now. It will take me over a decade to get through their catalog of fragrances.

All Meißner Tremonia scents come with matching aftershave balms and "splashes". Most of them also come with matching soaps (proper, not just shaving), bath salts, and so on. And they are, in my opinion, among the best in the market. Seemingly pricey, but chock-full of the highest end ingredients available. Stellar stuff.

The hard soap is terrible, the cream much better I hear, but Floris 89 shaving cream and matching aftershave / EDT would be a fantastic and classic pair....

Speaking of terrible, Penhaligon's Bayolea is a nice line, but the soap is a nightmare. Well, it's not as horrible as the "brushless cream", but still horrible. And nowhere near "top tier", since that is what the OP asked for...

Thanked: 603There are many after-shave and after-scent pairs, but few top-tier shaving soap/cream, ASB, and EDC/EDT/EDP combos. Here are the ones I own and use:
Some ASB and EDC/EDT/EDP pairs are:
- Calvin Klein Obsession for Men ASB and EDT [I use this pair with Simpsons Luxury Shaving Cream (unscented); Simpsons offers a matched pair of this shaving cream and ASB, which opens the door to a world of top-tier "singleton" afterscents]
- Castle Forbes 1445 ASB and EDP [I use this pair with Castle Forbes Cedarwood and Sandalwood shaving cream]
- West Indies Bay Company St. John's Bay Rum ASB and EDC
Some shaving cream, ASB, and EDC/EDT/EDP combos are:
- Acqua di Parma Colonia shaving cream, ASB, and EDT
- Floris Santal shaving cream, ASB, and EDT [there's also an ASS]
- Geoffrey Beene Grey Flannel shaving cream, ASB, and EDT [sadly, the shaving cream is "brushless"]

You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.
