Spellbound Woods fragrance shaving soap. Out of alll the fragrances to choose from, that one seemed to appeal to me the most...

Larry, I appreciate that you are upset that I refunded your money... but you were so mean about it that I thought it best to move on.. I told you I would send samples to you, but you demanded samples that I don't have samples of and then ridiculed me for not taking care of my customers.. frankly you had me in tears... this is the one and only time I have ever refunded someones money in the 3 years I have been selling soap.

Your responce that you would tell the world how horrible I am seems to still be in effect.. even 4 months later.. I am sorry you are so unhappy.

I wish you the best, but I don't deserve the things that you have said to me in any way shape or form. I did everything I could to accomodate you and nothing was good enough... as you said, I have to spend some money in order to make money and keep customers, but not like that I don't...

I do my best, as I always have and always will.. and I am proud of my products.

Wow.....im simply shocked

Sue has always come through for me...and answered every annoying question I have ever asked. Her products are great, and her service is above most. In fact..im expecting my 2nd order in a month from her......

Shame on anyone with ill will on Sue...imho.

Don't worry 99.9% of the people here love your products. You can't make everyone happy and chances are no matter what you did he wouldn't be happy. That is his problem not yours. Keep the great soaps coming...

I have always had awesome dealings with Mama Bear and i love her attitude and products. She is so concerned with customer service and will do anything to correct any issues you may have.
