I have to chime in that my experience has been very positive and the fact that the forum member who vaguely indicated a disappointing experience failed to elaborate when asked, says that perhaps there was not much to say for his side. We have all had problems with service or products from retailers, but it is only reasonable to remain reasonable and open to resolution. Not just vindictive bitching. Thanks for sharing your side, Sue.

    WTF?

How can anyone in his right mind not be totally satisfied with Mama Bear and her products? This is one classy dame with some friggin' great products. (We can still say "dame", right Sue? )

I've only got 4 smilies left so ...

Dame.... oh man. I just had my 48th birthday...

here is what Mirriam Webster says...

    Main Entry: dame
    Pronunciation: 'dAm
    Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English, from Anglo-French, from Latin domina, feminine of dominus master; akin to Latin domus house -- more at DOME
1 : a woman of rank, station, or authority: as a archaic : the mistress of a household b : the wife or daughter of a lord c : a female member of an order of knighthood -- used as a title prefixed to the given name
    2 a : an elderly woman b : WOMAN

I am going to go for c: a female member of an order of knighthood........ and say that you are all my knights in shining armour....

    Then 'member' it shall be!

(Of course, if we were having this conversation over at B&B, one of us would likely have a new custom title by now ... )

Your responce that you would tell the world how horrible I am seems to still be in effect.. even 4 months later.. I am sorry you are so unhappy.

I wish you the best, but I don't deserve the things that you have said to me in any way shape or form. I did everything I could to accomodate you and nothing was good enough... as you said, I have to spend some money in order to make money and keep customers, but not like that I don't...

I do my best, as I always have and always will.. and I am proud of my products.

    Sue,

I have not "told the WORLD how horrible you are" in any way. All I said is that my experience was a disappointment and that I will not be giving your products another try. That's all.

I made no demands of you, I simply requested a sample of one of your products to help me decide. You're response was that you weren't going to send me a sample of it. Not that you didn't have any to send. I said, "I am new to wet shaving and since there are so many choices, I am having a difficult time deciding. Can you please send me a sample." Again you communicated your unwillingness to send the sample. (nothing was mentioned about a lack of product to send.) Then I said, "This is my second order in 2 weeks, but I feel that my customer loyalty is diminishing." That's all. Next thing I knew you were giving refunding my money. A little $0.05 sample could have saved a customer. I didn't say anything mean to you. I didn't "ridicule' you. If you were in tears, the tone of your email sure did not indicate sadness.

Please don't make false accusations about what transpired. Isn't it enough that you lost a customer for life? Now you actually have the audacity to make false accusations about me months later? Sue, my experience with you was bad enough. Please drop this.

    This was from your email...

I thought my request was not a big deal but apparently it was and now it has cost you one good loyal customer and ALL the wetshavers that I know now AND will come to know in the future will hear about this. Sometimes it costs a few cents to win a customer for life. You say you take good care of your customers....

    Yes, it made me cry..

Consider it dropped. I will not be back here...

I put my heart and soul into what I do... I have never been treated like this ever before... if this continues, I will post the rest of your emails to me..

By all means, please post EVERYTHING, including you're comments. (I can't believe you held on to it this long....amazing. Great passive-aggressive customer service! ) You should have left it alone.
