I'll have to say that I consider their cream to be the highest quality product I've ever used.

I heard back from Matt @ Griffith Shaving. He has placed an order for the 1445 cream and will let me know when it is available.

Castleforbes review
Gents, my Castleforbes arrived and I tried it for the first time. My first thoughts was : " sure is expensive for a jar of cream " . However, the container is a healthy 6.8 oz which is very ample. Besides my wife is of the Forbes Clan so I knew I didn't have " that " bridge to cross.
As per instructions ( not on container ), I added a minute amount ( pinky thumbnail size ) to the scuttle. Sure enough . . . . . It made a very ample amount of rich lather ; enough for 2 passes and with a little additional water reconstitute enough for a third. Container says " enough to last 5-6 months of regular shaving, Of which I have no doubt. The lather is rich and makes for a very smoothe, easy Shave, leaving the skin soft due to the Witch Hazel and essential oils.
All that said . . . . I like it !Last edited by athiker; 01-06-2018 at 02:35 PM.
