Thanked: 20Glide Morning Ghost
I just tried this soap for the first time this morning. I worked up a great lather but It seemed like it's really thirsty for water. Anyone else find that?

Using any of the Glide creams, you don’t need much. It was thirsty because you loaded your brush with a bit to much

Take your time, each soap or cream, takes a time or three to get just right.
Most creams or croaps, I’ve found start with about 6-10 swirls on the puck and go from there.
EST of luck, we were all new one time. Keep asking questions, we’re here to helpLook sharp and smell nice for the ladies.~~~Benz

Glide's strong points are its slickness and leaves the face feeling soft and moisturized after the shave, and both require the lather to hold a significant amount of water. Glide is closer to a cream than a soap. Start with a very small amount and keep adding small amounts of water until it seems that it just won't hold another drop. Because it holds water, it won't dry up on you part way through the shave. Glide is a different kind of soap, but one that I thoroughly enjoy.
