The lather is kind of dry when I’m done Too aggressively I guess I’m finding that creams don’t need to be loaded as much as hard soaps

My Glide Morning Ghost seems to be lasting fine. I only load the brush (damp) for 30 sec +/- then to a lathering bowl to get the water right. My assumption is that your putting loading too much and too little water hence the dry lather at the end...

Do you face lather or bowl lather?

I generally bowl lather. When using creams and softer soaps/croaps, I use a plastic sample spoon from the local ice cream store to spoon out a small amount into the bowl and then add water slowly until the consistency is right.

If you face lather, scoop out a small amount of cream/croap with your finger and place it in the center of your brush and then start lathering.

It you try to load the brush like you would with a hard soap, you are likely to load a lot more product than you need.
