Thanked: 20The lather is kind of dry when I’m done Too aggressively I guess I’m finding that creams don’t need to be loaded as much as hard soaps

My Glide Morning Ghost seems to be lasting fine. I only load the brush (damp) for 30 sec +/- then to a lathering bowl to get the water right. My assumption is that your putting loading too much and too little water hence the dry lather at the end...

Thanked: 292Do you face lather or bowl lather?
I generally bowl lather. When using creams and softer soaps/croaps, I use a plastic sample spoon from the local ice cream store to spoon out a small amount into the bowl and then add water slowly until the consistency is right.
If you face lather, scoop out a small amount of cream/croap with your finger and place it in the center of your brush and then start lathering.
It you try to load the brush like you would with a hard soap, you are likely to load a lot more product than you need.
