Thread: Cold River Soapworks

Hi all, I logged onto the Cold River Soapworks website to buy a few things, only to find that they don't freight to Australia. Does anyone know of another outlet that carries their products so that I can buy some.

Where did you see that CRSW does not ship to Australia? While shipping to USA and FPO addresses is free, according to the web site, they offer international shipping using USPS International First Class. I am sure the cost as well as delivery time depends upon the destination. Also, any tariffs have to be paid by the purchaser. Those costs might make the soaps cost prohibitive in some countries.

If you have not already done so, I suggest contacting them directly for clarification.

Hi RayClem, when I try to purchase items through the CRSW shopping cart, the system says " postage not available to this address" or similar wording. Have contacted CRSW through website for assistance.

I hope you can get a favorable resolution by contacting them directly. Sometimes a country has specific import regulations that make shipping difficult. I know some companies that quit shipping internationally because it is too much of a hassle keeping up with the different regulations.
