I don’t have any buds on B&B, but googling the issue, you’ll note they have talked about the issue there often. It was comforting to know it wasn’t just me.
As for contacting the vendor - I’ve contacted her in the past for a different reason and I found the customer service lacking. Enough to not want to bother again. And I don’t know Brad so...
You’ve mentioned that you aren’t into chocolate - I get it.
As for the Canada thing, maybe I’m sensitive. But try being a Canadian living in a red state when the President makes it known he’s not a fan... it gets old.
All said and done, all I wanted to know was what was going on. I never ran down the vendor, and I wasn’t complaining saying I needed my money back. Maybe I should, but I can’t be bothered. I will however mail it to you on my dime if you want to try some chocolate love that may or may not burn you.
