Default Modern Williams mug shave stick method

Few day’s ago i’ve Tried something different whit Williams, I used it just like a shaving stick and I face lather. The result is perfect anyway to me it’s not complicated at all, shave prep, wet the face wet the puck, rub it to your face, get 2 good shake to your brush, face lather and add water as you need. It’s been my 3 times and it works way better then bowl lathering, a puck of Williams will last for a very long time to. Gino

I find that face lathering seems to give me better control over the lather especially with a synthetic brush. It has worked for Tabac, TOBS and WIlliams so far. Haven’t tried it with a cream or croap yet.

The first time I face lathered was the last time I used a bowl. I always use anything hard enough as a stick. Creams and croaps I just rub a snurdle into my stubble with my fingertips.

I've been doing that with Williams for awhile now and it does work way better. I was never happy with bowl lathering Williams

I find when working it in a bowl, that a dollop of creamo is the ticket.
