Thread: A cream shout out for those on a budget

A long while back I tried just because the body shops macra root shave cream. It is pretty good especially for the price point. I ran out a short time back (like lots here I fluctuate among several). It is not castle forbes but a good one still. Right now the are running a pretty good sale for those on a budget I would recommend it.

Yes, The Body Shop's Maca Root shaving cream is an underrated and overlooked shaving cream. It does not have the cache/reputation of Castle Forbes but it's performance is not really that far behind it either. OTH the price difference is staggering. The Maca Root shaving cream is very much worth a try imo.

I had forgotten about the Maca Root. Thank you for the reminder, formernuke. Yes, it is good stuff, especially for the price when on sale. The cream lathers well; glide and cushion are quite good. The fragrance is hit or miss for some shavers; however, I like it. I'll check to see if I have it anywhere in the tiered soaps and creams. Good stuff.

Edit: I looked in the tiered thread and Maca Root cream was nowhere to be seen. My oversight, gentlemen. I put it in the Second Tier.
